今回も8人とまた大勢の初参加の方が。中には将来有望なアイマスＰの方も見えたようで(笑)また次回以降も参加してくださるとうれしいですね。
また、今回開催された有志によるコミック交換会ではゴトウユキコの「水色の部屋」というのを頂きました。自分には全く知らない作家の全く知らない作品という、ある意味これぞ交換会の醍醐味みたいな物を頂きました。ありがとう！13番の方！後日ゆっくり読んでみます！

私は今回「アイドルマスターミリオンライブ(ＣＤ付特装版)」をチョイスしました。25番のがそれです。どなたの手に渡ったのか分からずじまいでしたが楽しんでいただけたら何よりです。
さて、今回の映画は「唐山大地震」です。
1976年7月28日深夜、河北省唐山市をＭ7.8の地震が襲った。
4人家族の父親ファン・ダーチアン(チャン・グォチァン)は一度は脱出するものの取り残された子供を救おうと建物へ戻り、倒壊に巻き込まれ命を落としてしまう。
翌朝一人絶望の淵にいた母親リー・ユェンニー(シュイ・ファン)のもとに2人の子供が瓦礫の下で奇跡的に生存している事が告げられる。喜びも束の間、ユェンニーに過酷な選択が突きつけられる。瓦礫の崩壊が間近に迫り姉か弟のどちらかしか救えないというのだ。泣き崩れながら決断をするユェンニー。その声は選ばれなかったもう一方にも届いていた。
夫と子供の死を確認したユェンニーは救い出された子と共に避難場所へと移動。しかし死んだはずの子は死体遺棄場で奇跡的に息を吹き返した。茫然と佇む子供は孤児として救援され人民軍の夫婦に引き取られる事になる。
そして時が流れた。
中国で2010年に製作され、唐山大地震によって引き裂かれた家族が長い時を経て再会するまでを描いた物語です。
日本での公開も曲折あり、当初は2011年3月の公開予定で当時既に数回の試写会も催されていましたが東日本大震災により公開が無期延期となり、それから4年の時を経てようやく公開の時を迎えました。状況が状況だけにDVDスルーで終わってしまっても致し方ないところですが、館数が少ないながらも全国公開に漕ぎ着けた辺り、配給元によほどこの作品に思い入れのある方がいたのでしょう。しかしそうしたくなる気持ちも分かるほどエネルギッシュでパワフルな作品です。
先ず何より冒頭からの震災の描写に圧倒されます。単にVFXが凄い、というだけでなく建物の柱や瓦、電柱が凶器となって人々に襲い掛かる様や生存者たちの埃や泥や血の臭いが漂ってきそうなほどに生々しく汚れた様は凄まじいの一言です。
これからするとハリウッドや日本のパニックサスペンスは少し画が綺麗すぎるような気がしてしまうレベルで、人によってはトラウマが喚起されてしまうかもしれない程なので地震に対し何か傷をお抱えの方は敢えて観る事を避けるのも良いと思います。
物語は1976年からおよそ10年刻みに2008年までの時を描いていきます。

姉弟は約30年という時代の流れの中で時に接近する事はあれど交わる事は無いままにそれぞれの人生を生きていきます。２人のそれぞれの道のりは、言ってみれば平凡で人並みな生き方ではありますが、方や身体に、方や心に傷を抱えているので決して平坦ではありません。天災はそれを生き延びた人にしかし生涯消えない傷を植え付け、しかしそれでも人は生きていく。この辺りの描写が実に巧みで、中盤のこのドラマこそ実はこの映画の骨子なのだと気付きます。
また製作者がどこまで意図的なものかどうかは分かりませんが、年代が移りゆくごとに人物の衣服や身の回りの物などに加速度的な経済成長を遂げる現代中国の姿が反映されているのが面白いです。映画の本筋に直接関係はありませんがこの辺の描写も割と見どころに思えます。
ところどころあざといというか仰々しく感じられるシーンがあったり、終盤の展開が少々ご都合主義が過ぎる気がしなくもなかったりと欠点も無くは無いですが、震災直後ではなく4年経った今だからこそ観て意味を持ちそうな力強い作品です。名古屋での上映は既に終わってしまいましたが、どこかで触れる機会があれば是非観ていただきたい作品ですね。
